Wellness Life Coaching


We all want to be well.  We yearn to be in control of our lives and feel better, but sometimes this requires help.  Wellness Life Coaching incorporates observation skills; active listening and the ability to motivate change within oneself.  This supportive relationship provides a connection that empowers the person being coached to recognize and draw on his or her own innate ability and resources to make lasting changes for better health and well-being.  Wellness is best divided into four mutually influencing and reinforcing categories: physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental. Whole body wellness depends on the balance between these four facets of our being.  These “Four Wellness categories are the parts of our lives which, together, make us more integral, complete, and well.


Sessions are conducted in a relaxing and peaceful environment created to help restore emotional balance and a reconnection with one's true nature through a process of self-evaluation, self-discovery, self-actualization and self-realization.

FREE 15 Minute Initial Phone Consultation

  • Available to assess your needs and determine if wellness coaching is the right service for you at this time.

  • If client and coach agree to work together, a decision will be made as to dates and times of coaching sessions.

60 Minute Wellness coaching session including follow-up telephone or email support
